- Baskon Electrical Solutions has recently accomplished an HDL automation system technical engineer certification. what does this mean? HDL offers smart home automation solutions so that you can create your ideal living space. Smart home technologies can naturally merge into our daily life. HDL connects your lights, curtains, air conditioners and other devices into the HDL system, and allows you to control them through your smart phone, tablet, or wall pane.
